Return Policy
Last updated: . This Return Policy explains how to return or exchange physical evening well-being products purchased from Eliminationzoiyo at eliminationzoiyo.ddd. Your statutory consumer rights under UK law are not affected.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the Lantern Journal Companion, Complete Wind-Down Kit physical components, and any future tangible goods we sell. Digital Sunset Blueprint Guide downloads are covered separately in section 8 because of their intangible nature.
2. Cooling-Off Period
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you generally have fourteen calendar days after receiving goods to change your mind without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The period begins the day after you receive all items in an order. You must inform us clearly before the period ends using help@eliminationzoiyo.world or the contact form at reach-us.html.
3. Condition of Returned Goods
Returned journals and kits should be unused, in resaleable condition, with seals intact where applicable, and include all inserts such as sleep cue cards. Reasonable inspection to decide whether to keep an item is permitted. We may reduce refunds if goods show handling beyond what is necessary in a shop, such as writing throughout the journal or missing components.
4. How to Start a Return
Email help@eliminationzoiyo.world with your order number, purchase date, and reason for return. We will provide a returns address in Manchester and, where appropriate, a reference number for tracking. Pack items securely to prevent damage in transit. We recommend recorded delivery for high-value bundles.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If you exercise the cooling-off right, you pay return postage unless we state otherwise for a promotion or the goods are faulty. If we sent incorrect items or defective products, we will reimburse reasonable return postage upon receipt of proof. Never return parcels without contacting us first so we can log the request.
6. Refunds
After we receive and inspect returned goods, refunds are issued to the original payment method within fourteen days. We may withhold refund until goods arrive or until you supply evidence of posting, whichever is earliest. Shipping charges from the original order are refunded only where the entire order is returned within cooling-off rights or where required by law.
7. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange for an undamaged duplicate of the same product, notify us when initiating the return. Exchanges depend on stock availability. Price differences for alternate products require a new order or supplemental payment arranged with our team.
8. Digital Products
When you purchase the Digital Sunset Blueprint Guide, you receive immediate access. By downloading or accessing files, you acknowledge supply of digital content has begun. Right of withdrawal may not apply once download starts if you consented to immediate supply and acknowledged loss of the cooling-off right at checkout. If files are corrupted or materially incomplete, contact us within seven days for a replacement link or refund where remediation fails.
9. Faulty or Damaged Items
Goods must match their description and be of satisfactory quality. Report transit damage within seven days with photographs. Manufacturing defects such as missing pages or misprinted covers will be repaired by replacement or refund including reasonable return costs. This remedy is in addition to your legal rights.
10. Bundles
Complete Wind-Down Kit returns should include all bundle elements unless a partial fault is isolated. If only one component is defective, we may replace that component instead of requiring return of the entire bundle when practical.
11. Non-Returnable Items
Personalised journals embossed with your name cannot be returned unless faulty. Promotional free items need not be returned when refunding a main purchase unless we specify otherwise. Gift cards, if offered, follow separate terms communicated at purchase.
12. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund within the stated window, check with your bank or card provider. Processing times vary. Then contact help@eliminationzoiyo.world with your return reference so we can trace the payment.
